Played Football for Brentford, Uxbridge FC, Hillingdon Borough,
Middlesex County [u/19]

Aged 17 - Broke Leg playing football for Uxbridge FC in match against Hillingdon Borough - the end of my football career

Started boxing training as a way to strengthen my leg and to rehabilitate myself, fitness wise, for football

2002 – Began career as a male model

October, 2002 -Started to work, in my current employment, as a fully qualified Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor at Spring Health & Leisure Club, Bath Rd., Heathrow.

Met Serg Kocizins at “Spring Health”. Serg is from Russia and is a boxing guru, very spiritual, in the style of a martial arts master. Serg trained me as often as three times a day, which totally changed my entire outlook and attitude to life.

“Once the boxing bug had bit, I just wanted to find out how good a fighter I could become.”

2005 - Joined legendary amateur boxing club, Dale Youth Police Community club, Notting Hill, London, where I came under the tutelage of master coach, Mick Delaney and veteran coach, Peter Carson
- Won National Novice Middleweight Championship

2006 - Boxed and won in Las Vegas
- Won London Open Novices at Welterweight
(there was no national Open Novice comp that year)

2007 - Lost by majority decision in full ABAs to Nigerian International and Commonwealth medallist

Successfully represented London on several occasions

Amateur Ranking - Ranked 14th at welterweight, by 'Boxing News' in their Four Nations Rankings, i.e. all welterweights in, England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales
Achieved after less than 2 yrs competitive boxing

2007 – After consultation with Dale Youth senior club coach, Mick Delaney and knowing the ABA Finals are not until May 2008, decided to turn pro with former amateur star and World Title Challenger, Jim McDonnell'

I own a café/restaurant, which I named after my sister, “Nellie’s Kitchen”, it’s in Bath Rd., Heathrow.

Hobbies - Watching football (don’t play now as I can’t afford injuries to effect my boxing training) snooker, golf, tennis, squash, badminton, kite boarding & poker.

2007 got engaged to my childhood sweetheart, the beautiful Laura Moore, we met at school at 11 yrs of age and have been together ever since!
